We then reach the clerical heart of the city with its churches and monasteries, visit St Peter’s cemetery, the Cathedral and finish in the Burghers town on the old market square with historic coffee houses serving delicious cakes and pastries.

Starting in the colourful Mirabell garden with its formal flowerbeds and baroque statues, past Mozart’s residence and over the bridge into the historic town centre, Unesco world heritage sight since 1997.
We will stroll along the Getreidegasse, Salzburg’s shopping street, famous for its wrought iron shop signs and quaint courtyards, to Mozart’s Birthplace.
